We're already doing enough on diversity and inclusion. What does a training add?
Many organisations have good intentions but get stuck in execution. Our training doesn't focus on what you already know, but on what you do with it. We help teams move from awareness to concrete behaviour — and that's where real change begins.
What if there is resistance within our team?
Resistance is normal and often a sign that the topic matters. We have extensive experience guiding groups where resistance is present. We create a safe environment where uncomfortable conversations can take place — without judgement, with understanding.
What does a training or trajectory cost?
That depends on the format, duration and scope. Because we always work custom, we put together a fitting proposal after an introductory conversation. That way you only pay for what you truly need.
We don't have a D&I policy yet. Can we still start?
Absolutely. Many of our clients start without a policy. A training can be the starting point to discover together what's needed. We help you build from practice — not from a document.
How long does a trajectory take?
We decide that together. Sometimes a day training is enough to take a first step. Sometimes a trajectory of several months is needed for structural embedding. The format always follows from your situation and goals.
Do you also work with smaller teams or departments?
Yes. We work with groups of 8 to 200+ participants, from individual teams to organisation-wide trajectories. The approach adapts to the group.
Is there guidance after the training?
Yes, if desired. We offer follow-up sessions, coaching, and support in embedding results. Lasting change requires more than one session — and we're honest about that.
